The Auto Nationals Chevy Corvette Review

Corvette Logo Chevy Corvette - Since 1953 General Motors produced perhaps one of the most easily recognizable cars in the United States, The Chevrolet Corvette, or simply 'Vette' as it is affectionaly referred to. The Chevy Corvette has undergone many changes over the years which now span several generations without losing its best qualities.

Only 300 were built in 1953, all hand built and assembled, and the oldest surviving Vette is known as the double-o-three in reference to its serial number(E53F001003). It was sold to a private owner in 2006 for a cool million at auction. There exists a pre-production prototype as well, the EX-122, which can be seen at the Atlantic City Showroom and Museum of Kerbeck Corvette.
