The Chevy Camaro - On September 29th of 1966 the Chevrolet division of General Motors brought the Chevy Camaro to market in response to Ford's production of the Mustang. It's rumored that during the press conference unveiling the Chevy Camaro a reporter asked "What is a Camaro?" to which the official response was "a small, vicious animal that eats Mustangs". Thus the challenge was issued and Chevrolet Camaro's have done remarkably well through five generations of exciting Chevy evolution.
